Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Placement Development Representative to join their growing team. This role requires an expert in resourcing and screening candidates.

Responsibilities:

Search & Discover: Dive into our extensive database and applicant tracking system to find the perfect match for our client schools. Your keen eye for talent will identify the best educators to fill rewarding roles.
Engage & Assess: Conduct engaging telephone screenings to uncover candidates' hidden potential. Your conversations will be the first step in connecting educators with opportunities that fit their skills and aspirations.
Support & Succeed: Work closely with our top biller, providing vital support in candidate sourcing, screening, and profile development. Your efforts will be key to a seamless and successful recruitment process.
Analyze & Match: Use your analytical skills to understand job requirements and match candidates' unique talents to the perfect positions in schools and educational institutions.
Showcase & Promote: Write compelling candidate profiles that highlight their strengths and potential. You’ll be the voice that champions educators to our placement managers.
Hunt & Connect: Be proactive on job boards and online platforms, seeking out potential candidates and initiating conversations that lead to successful placements.

Requirements
