Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Full-Time Virtual Restaurant Receptionist to support their dynamic and growing team. Operating within the hospitality and restaurant industry, they have earned a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Spain. In recent years, they have expanded their footprint and strengthened their brand recognition in the highly competitive restaurant sector.

As a key part of their customer service team, the Restaurant Receptionist will handle inbound customer communications, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming and professional first impression for all patrons.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Manage restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate booking details and accommodating special requests.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Proactively make outgoing calls for reservation confirmations or adjustments.

  • Assist in maintaining an organized booking system.

  • Uphold a friendly and personable attitude in all customer interactions.



Requirements

  • Stable internet connection and professional home office setup.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable handling multiple calls and managing a reservation system simultaneously.

  • Availability for full-time work, aligning with restaurant operational hours.

  • Strong customer service orientation.
