The role

If you think you're the right candidate you'll have:

6+ years of QA experience in a fast-paced SAAS environment
Excellent knowledge of test design principles as well as an understanding of the basic functionality
Possess excellent knowledge of Integration Testing as well as System Integration Testing; preferably with that of an ERP application
Knowledge of quality processes
Basic understanding of project domain
Ability to translate functional as well as non-functional requirements into test cases
Ability to design and test complex scenarios
Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC as well as agile methodologies
Awareness of the latest technologies and trends
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

What you will be doing

Provide expertise in the planning, design, and execution of test cases
Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology in order to meet the overall test objectives
Ensure all testing artifacts are easily accessible and understandable
Track defects to closure as well as ensure that the defect repository is up-to-date

Analyze the requirements/specifications; as well as understand the business needs in a detailed manner, and translate the same into test-cases
Play a key role in test execution; in order to provide the right information on status, to Technology Leads and Project Managers
Be a key contributor in building an efficient and easily understandable test case document

Educational Requirements -
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Relevant Experience – 4-8 yrs
