Job description

Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant

Department: Government

Part Time - 20 hours per month

Location: Remote

ONLY USC

Pay: $150/Hr

Summary:

The Digital Transformation Consultant will play a key role in developing solutions and pursuing government contracting opportunities that align with the technologies, platforms, applications, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the DLA Digital Strategy 2025-2030 and the JETS 2.0 objectives, focusing on the objectives and requirements related to DLA J6.
  • For emerging Task Order opportunities, identify specific technologies, platforms, applications, and initiatives relevant to the company's capabilities and DLA J6's needs.
  • Identify innovative and comprehensive technical solutions that address the specific requirements of potential J6 task orders.
  • Draft compelling win themes and value propositions that differentiate the company's offerings and demonstrate a deep understanding of DLA J6's challenges and priorities.
  • Support proposal development efforts, including writing, editing, and reviewing technical and management sections, specifically addressing the requirements and objectives of DLA J6.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and partners, focusing on the value proposition for DLA J6.
  • Collaborate with the capture manager and solutions architect to develop and refine capture strategies.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the government contracting market, particularly those impacting DLA J6.
  • Support the development of white papers, blog posts, and other marketing materials that highlight the company's expertise in addressing DLA J6 requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • IDIQ experience
  • Strong understanding of the DLA J6 organization, mission, and priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the DLA Digital Strategy 2025-2030 and the JETS 2.0 RFP, specifically the sections relevant to DLA J6.
  • Proven ability to develop and articulate technical solutions that address complex government requirements.
  • Experience with capture management and proposal development, specifically for opportunities supporting DLA J6.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Additional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience with various contract vehicles, such as GSA Schedules and IDIQ contracts.
  • Familiarity with various IT technologies, platforms, and applications relevant to the DLA Digital Strategy and the JETS 2.0 RFP, specifically those used by DLA J6, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the government contracting market, particularly for opportunities supporting DLA J6.
