Prepare and deliver detailed accounts receivable reports to management, highlighting key trends and concerns.

Salary: P60,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software Xero, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions in English

What will you do?

Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices while ensuring compliance with billing standards.
Monitor customer accounts, follow up on delayed payments, and lead collection efforts to reduce outstanding debts.
Collaborate with Project Managers to track project-related receivables, including retentions and billing milestones.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly, resolve discrepancies efficiently, and support month-end close processes.
Prepare and deliver detailed accounts receivable reports to management, highlighting key trends and concerns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth payment transactions and resolve billing disputes.
Conduct credit assessments, perform credit checks, and support credit application reviews
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and financial regulations, supporting internal audit requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency across accounts receivable functions.
Actively collaborate with internal teams to support business goals, demonstrate accountability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
