Position Summary:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader who thrives on making a real difference? Join us as our Sales Executive and help financial institutions—banks, credit unions, loan servicers, and nonprofits—empower their customers with cutting-edge financial health solutions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, driving revenue, and surpassing sales targets. You’ll sell SpringFour’s market-leading SaaS solutions, helping organizations provide essential financial resources to the people who need them most.
In this role, you’ll:

Location:
Remote, ideal candidate is based in the U.S. with good travel links
Job Responsibilities:
Driving and working opportunities from lead generation through to closing opportunities
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio and awareness of competitor products
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of sufficient size to achieve agreed sales targets
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Identifying the needs and wants of a potential customer
Demonstrating software value in person or virtually
Handling objections from potential sales opportunities
Preparing and presenting quotations/proposals to sales opportunities. This includes determining pricing for each proposal based on company benchmarks and assumptions.
Negotiating and closing sales
Fulfilling reporting requirements to the CEO according to the deadlines set for SpringFour and C & R
Maximise client value on all potential sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer services to clients over the phone or in person and connect them with appropriate team members if you are not the correct person to resolve the request or issue
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills
Establish and maintain strategic relationships, alliances, and networks within industry (or any other vertical market) as well as with other key stakeholders to generate sales leads
Attend industry trade shows as directed by the management team from time to time.
Job qualifications:
Extensive “hunter” experience selling software solutions within the financial sector in the U.S.
Experience working lengthy sales cycles and proven track record in accelerating opportunities
Proven record in selling business application software
Relevant professional sales training and experience
Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business
A moderate degree of computer literacy,technical competency and administrative proficiency, capable of managing a calendar, updating a CRM system, and producing documents using MS Office/G-suite tools
A valid passport to travel as needed
