We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Contractor to support our fast-paced marketing team with the day-to-day management and optimization of our HubSpot platform and marketing data operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure our systems are running efficiently, our data is clean and actionable, and our processes are aligned across Marketing and Sales. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for a data-savvy contractor who thrives in a collaborative environment and can hit the ground running with marketing automation best practices.
What You'll Do
Oversee data integrity, cleaning, and enrichment to improve reporting accuracy and completeness within our marketing automation platform
Support the daily management of our internal lead’s process by monitoring lead activity, assisting with lead status updates, ensuring proper Account Partner assignments, and maintaining data accuracy within HubSpot
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up, process adherence & adoption, and alignment between Marketing and Sales
Create marketing reports and dashboards in close partnership with Field Marketing, ensuring clear visibility into campaign performance, event effectiveness, and marketing data's overall health and quality
Maintain marketing automation best practices, including list (segmentation) management, optimizations, data quality and hygiene, data syncing logic, and troubleshooting
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a fast-growth B2B enterprise software (SaaS) or high-tech company supporting marketing operations
Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, and a working understanding of reporting and dashboard capabilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to guide marketing decisions, experience managing and improving CRM data quality
Experience with workflow automation functionality and can implement, manage, and address processes and technology integrations
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach that allows you to work effectively across Marketing and Sales teams
Compensation
Base pay: $60-$120/hour
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
