What does a Learning Experience Manager really do? Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of existing and new applications to meet an enterprise’s functional business requirements and operational needs. 

As a Learning Experience Manager, you will:

  • Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department’s site-wide initiatives;

  • Drive campaign specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates;

  • Create and maintain any necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development;

  • Pioneer all campaign specific training needs and programs in the organization;

  • Execute TL and TM development training, which includes the following: detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation;

  • Maintain all relevant training materials and documents for all levels for trainees, from new Teammates to tenured Team Leaders;

  • Ensure that all trainings provided are aligned with the specific campaign and TaskUs’ broader business objectives;

  • Explore proactively the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed;

  • Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives; 

  • Plan total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems; and

  • Work directly with the teams and communicate effectively with the Operations Director, Operations Manager, and their IND counterparts.

  • You must have at least 1 year in your current job.

  • You need strong communication skills.

  • You should be good at managing a team.

  • There must be no HR violations or issues in your history.

  • Provide a letter of recommendation from your immediate leader.

  • You cannot have a failing score in the last 6 months (we will request your scorecard).
