Exciting Opportunity for Dietitians in Wales, Cornwall or Devon.

Are you an experienced dietitian looking to move into the industry? Join us as a Medical Science Liaison Associate in our Nutrition Division at Abbott!

Your Role: As a Medical Science Liaison Associate, you will:

  • Drive Scientific Education and Research: Establish Abbott as a trusted partner through strategic interactions with healthcare professionals.

  • Influence Clinical Practices: Promote best clinical practices to drive change and positively impact patient care.

  • Develop and Execute Plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Abbott’s portfolio and meet shared business objectives.

  • Maintain Reports and KPIs: Keep detailed records of activities and performance metrics.

  • Build Relationships: Engage with key opinion leaders and manage the KOL engagement plan.

  • Initiate Research Projects: Lead local research initiatives, including quality improvement programs and nutrition pathway design.

  • Support Commercial Partners: Serve as a scientific resource for advisory boards, round tables, and scientific congress activities.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs: Assist the medical affairs and research teams with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in dietetics (BSc essential).

  • Experience in medical affairs, medical science liaison, or commercial roles preferred.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Must live in Wales or South Wales and have a full UK driving license.
