We are a multi-channel programmatic division specializing across omnichannel screens and upcoming formats such as audio and CTV.
What are we looking for?
The candidate will work closely with the programmatic team based in the NA/EMEA/APAC, and manage end-to-end Campaign management, Ad Operations, Campaign Set up, Optimisation, Reportings, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Participate in media planning, client meetings, MBRs, QBRs, and partner discussions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Act as the technical point of contact for programmatic queries. Decode platform updates, beta features, and industry trends for internal teams/Accounts Teams.
Develop programmatic strategies to grow the accounts and support new business pitches with presentations.
Engage with clients, account teams, and partners to improve campaign performance. Upsell and cross-sell new initiatives to drive account growth.
Strengthen relationships with publishers, creative agencies, and tech partners. Onboard and integrate new DSPs, ensuring seamless adoption.
Manage the programmatic team to ensure efficient execution of the deliverables. Guide the team on workflow structuring and operational efficiencies. Train junior team members, developing repositories on programmatic best practices.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Managers and Planners from the FYND and MCSaatchi Performance Teams across NA/EMEA/APAC, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, performance expectations, and execution.
Foster strong relationships with programmatic partners, troubleshooting issues, and staying up-to-date with new features and beta releases to enhance campaign performance.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including DSP campaign setup, bid strategies, optimization, projections, reporting, and in-depth analysis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). Provide post-campaign analysis and quarterly reviews to guide improvements in future campaigns.
Monitor key campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc) and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize performance and meet client objectives.
Support account teams in preparing and presenting campaign reports in a clear, client-friendly format, highlighting key trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Proactively recommend testing strategies and optimizations, identifying new growth opportunities to improve campaign results.
Translate complex client requests and account team requirements into clear, actionable steps for junior team members, ensuring smooth execution.
Serve as the technical point of contact for programmatic queries, communicating complex technical and strategic concepts in simple terms to ensure effective execution and timely delivery.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and execution teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development through regular meetings, training on programmatic best practices, and promoting workflow efficiency.
What are the requirements of the role?
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in programmatic digital media, preferably within a media agency environment, with a strong focus on performance marketing and campaign optimization.
Proven expertise with multiple DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and familiarity with mobile-specific DSPs (e.g., Moloco, Remerge) is a plus.
knowledge of MMPS, CTV DSPs, audience targeting tools, ad servers, and verification tools (IAS, DV, MOAT, etc.), as well as inventory and publisher management.
Demonstrated experience in running complex, innovative, and brand-focused campaigns across multiple regions and verticals, driving performance improvements and achieving client objectives.
Experience leading and managing small teams, ensuring effective execution and supporting their growth in programmatic media.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while communicating insights clearly to clients and teams.
Independent problem solver and self-starter, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
