Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Singapore Time

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identity. You will develop mood boards, brand guides, and creative templates that align with the brand's vision and engage our audience across social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

● Create mood boards and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity
● Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while adapting to platform-specific requirements
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand guidelines
● Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
● Develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual content strategies
● Stay up-to-date with design trends and animation techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team
● Organize and manage design assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring easy accessibility


Requirements
● Proven experience as a brand designer or similar role, preferably in a social media context
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially for motion graphics and branding
● Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements
● Creativity and innovation in content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
● Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
● Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
