We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Operations Analyst to support the Growth Enablement Team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with Salesforce-related requests, data integrity, user setup, audits, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. This role reports to the Salesforce Operations Senior Manager and collaborates closely with the Growth Enablement Sales Analytics & Reporting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with activities related to the below tasks:

o Salesforce Support: Assist with user requests, including account creation, hierarchy updates, and industry field management.
o Data Integrity & Audits: Support data quality initiatives, including regular audits and updates for contacts, opportunities, and accounts.
o Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
o Issue Resolution: Work with Salesforce IT and internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries.
o User Training & Support: Help develop training materials, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support.
o Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to enhance efficiency in Salesforce operations.
o Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
o Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to support Salesforce initiatives.

This position will require excellent attention to detail, expertise in MS Excel and PPT, and organizational skills. This individual must be deadline and detail oriented and be able to collaborate across all levels and roles supporting proposal efforts.

  • Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $55,000 - $75,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500 - $82,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
