Job Summary: The Order Management Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing client advertising contracts and information in our client relationship management (CRM)/orders-to-cash system, updating existing entries, and will also include assisting sales staff with initial order entry activity. To ensure success, you should demonstrate impeccable organizational skills and experience with a CRM or order maintenance system. This position requires an eye for detail and excellent knowledge of data management. This role provides an essential support service to company sales staff and serves to ensure that print and digital media advertising orders are accurate, prepared according to our company’s accounting and finance requirements and meet customer expectations. Additionally, this position will perform specific permission-privileged order entry activities and provide general CRM system operations support to members of the sales organization.

We are excited to share that this position will be hourly, or non-exempt, and the base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
