What We’re Looking For:
PAR North America is looking for customer service professionals to join our Account Coordinator, Night team! We’re looking for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced industry. Our team members are professional, metric-driven, and can handle high volumes and pressing deadlines. Our Account Coordinators work to develop strong customer relationships with our vendors in recovery management.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support, and ability to answer or research the answer to client, agent, auction, or customer questions.
Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.
Assign or reassign recovery agents as needed.
Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed. This includes New Accounts, Holds/Closes, Client Update Queue.
Maintain daily and weekly reports per client or management request using Google applications.
Act as liaison between client, customer, and recovery agent.
Utilizing knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google products, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.
Miscellaneous clerical duties include filing, copying, and administrative support.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities.
Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management.
Nice to Have’s
Excellent organizational and communicational skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Tech savvy and experience with Google products preferred.

Must Have’s
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience is required
Previous experience working in a remote call center preferred
Compensation Range of
Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
