Program Coordinator

We are hiring a Program Coordinator (Data, IT) to develop and maintain data systems that track client services, program performance, and outcomes. This role ensures data integrity, generates reports, and provides IT support to enhance operational efficiency. Join our team and make data-driven decisions that improve social services!

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range $110,000.00

Pay commensurate with experience.

Operations Logistics Coordinator (On-Site Support) Responsibilities Include:

• Develop, implement, and maintain data collection systems to track client services and program effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity and security by auditing data entry processes and storage protocols.
• Analyze data and generate reports on program performance, client demographics, and service utilization.
• Create visual representations of data (charts, graphs, dashboards) for stakeholder communication.
• Prepare periodic reports for funders and partners summarizing program impact and outcomes.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software for the social service team.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on data management software and electronic records systems.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and work with external IT service providers to maintain smooth operations.
• Serve as a liaison between program staff and IT specialists to align project goals and data needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Operations Logistics Coordinator (On-Site Support) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and software.
• Technical support and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
