Our client, a household brand name in consumer technology, is seeking a Senior Privacy Counsel to support its legal privacy function on a contract basis for a six-month engagement. This role involves advising on complex consumer privacy issues, including B2C data practices, marketing, AdTech, opt-outs, and consent management. Experience with international regulations such as GDPR and knowledge of healthcare privacy frameworks are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. Familiarity with privacy considerations in AI use cases is a plus. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., and candidates must be licensed to practice law with a demonstrated lateral background in this area.
