What You’ll Be Doing:
The Client Agreement Specialist is pivotal in bridging client objectives with our firm’s offerings, ensuring seamless integration and mutual success. Your expertise in drafting detailed agreements and proposals will guide the strategic direction of client engagements and internal processes.
Design and refine proposals and service agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm capabilities.
Interact with client managers to understand service(s), client goals, scope of work, deliverables, timeline, partnership expectations, investment, and the team who will serve the client.
Collaborate across departments to integrate insights into proposals, including pricing structures and client engagement strategies.
Engage with business developers and market champions to continuously integrate and improve pricing and client value.
Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels within the firm, exercising influence with integrity.
Maintain a comprehensive pricing resource as a single source of truth for service valuation.
Drive ongoing engagement with clients grounded in the firm’s Client Experience expectations.
Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, to manage and track client agreements and pricing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, fostering trust and ongoing engagement.
What You’ll Need for This Position:
Proven experience in drafting and managing proposals, service agreements, and renewals.
Experience in professional services environments (e.g., financial services, consulting, legal) is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills and the ability to organize information effectively.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) to understand client and firm needs and foster positive interactions.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a knack for assertive yet tactful communication.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in document creation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convene teams to collaborate in an effective manner.
Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $90,000.
Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor.
