Who We Are Looking Fo

rWe’re looking for a proactive individual to help maintain and enhance our Salesforce environment, including its integrated tools

.This role will be responsible for system configuration, maintenance, reporting, user support, gathering requirements, designing scalable best-practice solutions, and managing product roadmaps

.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to assess our current setup, align with business objectives, and identify areas for improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be adept at change management, governance, and effectively communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, translating technical details into clear business language, and providing well-explained design options along with their potential impact.


What You’ll Need, and What You’ll

  • DoAdminister, configure, and maintain Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Create and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations/flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, conduct data migrations, and perform regular database maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to users, improving adoption and best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Salesforce support when necessary.
  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and create process guides.
  • Conduct system audits and provide recommendations to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
  • Promote and drive user adoption of Salesforce across teams through training and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, assess their impact, and advocate for relevant enhancements internally.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.


Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) required.
  • Experience with declarative automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Lightning components is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI or other advanced tools.
