Job description

What You'll Do

  • As a subject matter expert who provides customer service support to employees, you will be responsible to respond to employee inquiries, manage benefit processes, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and provide operational assistance as needed.
  • Operate all Brazil employee benefit programs including health insurance, pension plans, meals, wellbeing and other policies for Brazil while ensuring compliance with applicable benefit laws and regulations.
  • You will work closely with HROps, Payroll, and other benefit partners to administer and manage benefit administration and operations in the Americas (Brazil, Canada and U.S.) with other supporting tasks for our other international locations.
  • Reporting to the GLobal Benefits Director, you will be a part of a dynamic, forward thinking and passionate team of benefit professional around the globe. As part of the team you will have the opportunity to partner, collaborate and learn from SME's around the globe and contribute to the success of our organization by managing our global benefit program.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • You will be responsible for all benefit administration for insured benefits, pension, perks and wellbeing program in Brazil, working with our local and regional stakeholders such as finance, payroll, HROps, People Partners and TA.
  • Will champion and support our Global Wellbeing initiatives ensuring cultural appropriateness and engaging employees through our resources and activities as appropriate.
  • You will provide support to our U.S. team members on benefit administration such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, maintaining and updating ServiceNow Knowledge Articles, as well as other tasks and projects as needed.
  • Most days will be benefit administration such as new hire/term process, invoice processing, answer employee questions, review employee communication, promote wellbeing resources and activities and support other benefit team members as needed.
  • You will utilize Workday and ServiceNow as your main tools as well as Excel, and other Microsoft programs.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields.
  • +3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazil Benefit landscape such as health insurance, dental, life insurance, meal vouchers, time off policies, and other local perks.
  • Interest in learning international benefits, specifically U.S., Canada and India benefits.
  • Workday and ServiceNow experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to speak business English (Advanced Level).
