About you

At Midnite, delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. The Sportsbook Propositions Trader will play a crucial role in shaping, optimising, and delivering betting propositions across a range of sports within our Sportsbook. Working closely with Trading, Marketing, Product, and Data teams, the successful candidate will ensure the Sportsbook offers compelling, competitive, and innovative betting experiences that align with customer preferences and business goals. You’ll learn directly from experienced team members and have the chance to explore and specialise in the areas that excite you most.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and curate pre-match and in-play betting propositions across key sports to drive engagement and revenue.
• Overseeing relationships with trading suppliers to ensure seamless operations and product enhancements.
• Being customer-obsessed, maintaining customer journeys are as seamless as possible and ensuring constant eyes on site approach for our Sportsbook.
• Key event planning, coordinating our trading strategies across stakeholders to ensure the execution of our proposition-led campaigns.
• Analyse customer betting behaviour and market trends to optimise existing markets and introduce new betting opportunities.
• Use performance data and analysis to refine our offering and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Trading, Product, and CRM teams to align propositions with promotions, marketing campaigns, and product features.

Additional responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships and conducting risk profiling.
• Handling customer service inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Hours of work 

You will work 5 days out of 7. Monday - Sunday (Between 7 am - 10 pm).

Key experience

• The right person will have a deep interest in and understanding of betting through their own activities.
• Understand how propositions and key events ensure growth as a brand.
• You must have a basic understanding of odds and probabilities. 
• You will have a deep interest of sports and the UK betting market

• Is deeply interested in sports and the UK betting market, with a desire to grow within the industry.
• Is highly numerate and has a solid grasp of basic odds and probabilities.
