Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally over the phone and in written notes. Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, ensuring coverage during key business days, including weekends when new leads are often most active. Quick response time to new inquiries, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to lead engagement to maximize conversion opportunities. Confident and personable phone manner, capable of building quick rapport with leads and making a strong first impression on behalf of the company. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to take accurate notes during calls and manage multiple leads at various stages without losing detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn internal processes and adopt new technologies to track, document, and share lead information efficiently.
Core responsibilities:
Make timely phone calls to new leads shortly after inquiries are received, ensuring a fast response time that helps improve the likelihood of conversion. Conduct in-depth initial discovery calls to gather essential information about the lead’s needs, goals, and expectations, setting the stage for a successful sales or service journey. Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a positive and professional first impression that aligns with the brand's tone and values. Document all relevant details from discovery calls, including contact information, client needs, timelines, and any red flags or key preferences. Organize and compile notes and data into a structured format, such as CRM entries or internal forms, that can be easily reviewed and understood by management. Pass compiled information to the management team in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to assign the lead to the most appropriate team or department. Maintain ongoing communication with management to ensure successful handoff and follow-up where necessary, occasionally supporting re-engagement if leads stall or delay responses.
