Job Overview   

The Product Integration Specialist position is a full-time hourly position for the HungerRush System Services Team. This role works with various products and credit card processors that work directly with HungerRush Point of Sale solutions. Activities include customer communication, configuration of multiple software applications, and intermediate level database usage.   

This is a remote role

What You Will Do  

  • Planning, scheduling and completing remote installations including:  
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and training on EMV/chip card hardware and software  
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and training on proprietary and 3rd party gift card integrations  
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and training on scheduling, loyalty, and mapping integrations  
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and training on Revention Software Services  
  • Creating and/or updating integrations manuals and internal training material  
  • Customer service and retention  

What You Should Bring  

  • Required: 2-4 years of experience in Point of Sale hardware and software troubleshooting, analysis & resolution  
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills  
  • High School Diploma  
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills  
  • Ability to work within a team environment, multi-task, and adapt to frequent change  
  • Ability to promptly answer service related emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication  
  • Ability to analyze data and/or situations containing both identifiable and unidentifiable factors  
  • Advanced organizational skills  
  • Strong interpersonal skills  
  • Outstanding work ethic  
  • Typing proficiency: 50-70 wpm  
  • Microsoft Office, SQL and Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
