This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Irwindale, CA time) or 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Manila time) Includes a 1-hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
Qualify leads generated by the marketing team
Pass qualified leads to the inside sales team
Assist in developing and implementing lead qualification processes
Create and refine qualification frameworks and workflows
Track and report on lead qualification metrics
Full-time position
Focus on lead qualification and handoff
Bonus structure based on qualified leads generated
Involvement in process development and implementation
Collaboration with the marketing team
Role is under an Independent Contractor arrangement
Proven experience in sales development or lead qualification
Familiarity with the electronic components industry (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Process-oriented mindset
Ability to effectively assess and qualify business opportunities
