Role Name: Lead Qualification Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid break
  • Client Timezone: PST (Pacific Standard Time)

As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a vital role in the company’s success story.   • Execute a structured qualification process using 4-5 initial questions followed by detailed follow-up questions
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior financial advisors
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system
  • Support the sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
  • Manage administrative tasks during slower periods to support team efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior team members to optimize the qualification process
