Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week, flexible scheduling)
  • Option to reduce to 10 hours/week after initial project completion

Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive review and correction of financial records for tax years 2022-2024
  • Implement best practices for financial record keeping and transaction categorization
  • Master the proper classification of various financial instruments including loans, income, and transfers
  • Generate accurate financial reports and documentation for tax preparation purposes
  • Establish efficient coordination channels with external accountants
  • Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions
  • Process and categorize banking transactions with high attention to detail
  • Create and maintain systematic approaches to track business account transfers

Requirements
