We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Presales Agent to join our team in the American time zone to engage with potential customers through live calls, chat, and email. Your mission is to effectively articulate the benefits of our CARE services and plans to potential customers. As part of our CARE Team, You will develop a deep understanding of our product suite, service plans, and competitive landscape while delivering exceptional customer experiences in fluent, clear English.

Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Sales Engagement:
- Live Sales Calls: Persuasively present and close sales for company plans, products, and specifically CARE offers through consultative calls.
- Chat and Email Sales: Proactively engage leads and prospects via chat and email, ensuring timely and effective communication that drives conversions.
- Presales Discovery: Qualify incoming leads through detailed discovery conversations across all communication channels.
- Customer-Centric Communication:
- Provide clear, concise, and engaging messaging tailored to customer needs.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English to ensure high-quality interactions in live calls and digital communications.
- Product & Market Mastery:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, service plans, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions across calls, chat, and email.
- Manage follow-ups diligently to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions and coaching to continuously improve your sales techniques.
- Provide feedback on customer objections, market trends, training, and insights to refine sales strategies and materials.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven track record in B2C/B sales, preferably within SaaS, hosting, or digital services.
- Experience in multi-channel sales (live calls, chat, and email) is required.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with native or business-level English fluency.
- Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Product & Market:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become familiar with product features, service plans, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills to understand the market and customer needs.
Mindset:
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a hustler's attitude.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Availability:
- Occasional flexibility required for customer calls outside standard hours
