Your Impact:
The Sr. Partnerships Manager leads the sourcing and development of strategic relationships for Lowe's Innovation Labs and Lowe’s more broadly with a variety of partners, ranging from early-stage startups to global technology companies to retail industry peers and more, in order to generate actionable innovation concepts and shareable market insights. This role is responsible for generating and owning end-to-end ecosystem-driven projects and managing relationships throughout the enterprise in order to deliver project and program results. Additionally, this role translates complex technical capabilities into opportunities that can drive commercial or strategic value for the company, while operationalizing effective partnership processes.

What You Will Do:
Responsible for end-to-end sourcing and development of technology partners aligned to Lowe's Innovation Labs’ focus areas as well as Lowe’s corporate strategic priorities.
Proactively identifies, develops, and sells through partner-driven programs and project opportunities to drive commercial and/or strategic value for the company.
Creates and delivers executive-level briefing material and presentations on critical emerging technology spaces to identify potential areas of future partnership.
Develops memos and research to support investment in potential strategic partners
Liaises with Labs product managers, creative technologists, and core business stakeholders to identify and develop technology partnership strategies and work process.
Facilitate early-stage proof-of-concept creation in partnership with key business stakeholders.
Acts as the primary owner for partner canvases and market intelligence outputs produced by the ecosystem team.
Identifies and regularly engages with emerging technology communities and affiliated venture capital funds, conferences, events, and programs that can develop Labs’ and Lowe’s early-stage opportunity pipeline.
Plays a leading role in Labs’ negotiations with partners and owns relationship with potential legal partners.
Maintains platforms that enhance Labs’ visibility into its partner network and opportunity pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications:
8 years of business experience.
Bachelor's degree in any area of study (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
Preferred Skills/Education:
Public speaking experience.
Experience working within a startup, accelerator, or corporate ventures entity.
Experience building out technology products.
