Position Overview:;
The Senior Business Analyst will support network strategy efforts of Corporate Provider Network Management (CPNM) in new business initiatives/expansions to ensure operational readiness. This role functions as a point person for network strategy analytics, representing CPNM at internal and external stakeholder meetings, and serves as a resource for functional areas in response to network strategy initiatives.
;Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input on network strategy efforts and new business initiatives/expansions to ensure operational readiness.
- Represents CPNM at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Act as a resource for functional areas, responding to network strategy initiatives and coordinating responses with other departments.
- Communicate effectively, providing status updates and overall project status.
- Coordinate activities with functional areas, lines of business, and markets to ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor network activities to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to company goals and initiatives.
- Create, monitor, and audit reports and data to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Identify issues in the data collection process and recommend preventive actions.
- Meet defined delivery times for projects and quality commitments.
- Maintain the Corporate Provider Network SharePoint site to support future initiatives and provide data in a usable format.
- Update the site with standard documents, workflows, and processes.
- Develop and maintain reports to track overall Network activities, including RFP work, Readiness Reviews, and Issue and Risk Mitigation plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements. Present analysis, ideas, and positions clearly and convincingly in writing.
- Manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Oversee internal project deliverables, stakeholder relationships, and project financials, including business impact.
- Work on straightforward projects requiring evaluation of several factors.
;Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree;or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years in a Business Analyst role
- 3 or more years in project management or a similar role/business (e.g., Managed Care).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Business Intelligence tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce Reporting, and SQL is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required, with advanced skills preferred.
- Proficient in extracting and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.;
- Capable of synthesizing and presenting information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
- Attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and how people, processes, and technology interconnect.
