Job description

We’re reinventing the market research industry. Let’s reinvent it together.

At Numerator, we believe tomorrow’s success starts with today’s market intelligence. We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on turning strategy into impact—fast. In this role, you’ll lead full-funnel performance marketing efforts to drive qualified leads, free trials, and product adoption for our disruptive B2B survey platform while partnering closely with product marketing.

You’ll build and manage paid media programs that deliver results across the buyer journey—from awareness to activation to conversion and repeat. Whether you're working with a scrappy test budget or scaling a proven program, you know how to optimize for performance, and you bring a B2B mindset to every decision—balancing lead quality, intent, and funnel velocity.

You’ll stand up and own a new trial program, including paid promotion, qualification logic, and conversion strategy. You’ll also help us scale usage across our existing Insights user base, leveraging smart, targeted campaigns—including promotions and giveaways—to deepen engagement and drive growth.

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimize full-funnel paid marketing programs across channels like search, social, display, and industry publications to drive trial signups, qualified leads, and pipeline. Drive the creation of end-to-end programs (ads, landing pages, conversion content) to maximize conversation rates.
  • Build and manage a new B2B trial acquisition program—from paid campaign execution to defining qualification and conversion criteria.
  • Help determine where and how much to spend across channels to maximize ROI and accelerate platform adoption. Track spending vs. plan and keep the team informed.
  • Design and launch targeted campaigns to increase survey penetration among existing Insights users, using creative offers and lifecycle-based engagement tactics. Track, measure, and grow survey penetration rate by segment.
  • Create and maintain a structured testing roadmap across creative, channels, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze and communicate performance, with clear insight into CAC, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and spend efficiency.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • 4-6+ years of B2B performance or growth marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, product-led growth, and platform adoption.
  • Experience standing up and scaling free trial or self-serve acquisition programs, ideally in a SaaS or data-centric environment.
  • Strong channel expertise in search, paid social, display, and industry-specific media buys.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor who knows how to turn budgets into business results.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience building reporting and optimizing toward real business outcomes.
  • Collaborative and adaptable—comfortable partnering across marketing, sales, and product marketing to move fast and deliver results.
  • Experience in market research, insights, data, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with Marketo

If this sounds like something you would like to be part of, wed love for you to apply! Don't worry if you think that you don't meet all the qualifications here, the tools, technology, and methodologies we use are constantly changing and we value talent and interest over specific experience.
