Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations
to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. In this
role, you’ll serve as a central hub for tracking deliverables, coordinating tasks, and
facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Your primary tools will include Wrike and Jira,
and your impact will be felt across multiple teams—including Marketing, Creative, and
Operations—as you help ensure seamless workflows and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Task Management
Assist with day-to-day execution of marketing projects within Wrike, including task
creation, assignment, tracking, and status updates.
Monitor Jira boards and manage ticket workflows to ensure requests are routed and
resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate project timelines and documentation to support broader team
visibility.
Identify and escalate project delays, bottlenecks, or risks to appropriate stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, and Operations to maintain
workflow alignment.
Participate in recurring meetings, capturing and distributing notes, decisions, and action
items.
Ensure documentation and assets are organized and accessible for internal teams.
Tool Utilization & Reporting
Conduct basic reporting in Wrike to support milestone tracking and performance
reviews.
Manage Jira tickets, including creation, tagging, assignment, and follow-up.
Uphold team standards by following naming conventions, process documentation, and
SOPs
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all project activities align with company policies and compliance requirements.
Apply established checklists and templates to maintain consistency and quality in task
management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or
administrative support.
Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, or similar project/task management tools.
Comfortable working in digital environments and navigating collaborative workspaces.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple
deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong team player.
