We are seeking a talented Middle Business Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in launching and executing client-focused projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to advance their professional skills and is open to exploring new opportunities within a rapidly expanding company. Our projects span a wide range of domains, including green energy, dental care, e-commerce, document management, etc.. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple projects from inception to completion, with a focus on supporting pre-sales efforts, interacting with clients to gather requirements, clarify goals, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation standards.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software.
Proficiency in creating user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and clarify objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define and prioritize business needs.
Create detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Define and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Work closely with QA and Development teams to ensure test cases and implementation align with business requirements.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support product backlog management and prioritization.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Participate occasionally in pre-sales activities from a Business Analysis perspective.
