You have proven success in planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget campaigns on Google Ads, with experience managing monthly spends of $10,000 or more. You know how to scale campaigns effectively, drive high-quality leads, and maximize ROI. Your strategic mindset, relentless focus on data, and passion for innovation set you apart as a top performer.

You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Managing multiple accounts with varying objectives is where you excel, ensuring every campaign meets or exceeds KPIs. You work seamlessly with creative, technical, and account teams to align messaging, targeting, and strategy to drive outstanding outcomes.

You’re a data-driven marketer with a creative edge. You combine technical expertise in Google Ads with a deep understanding of audience psychology, crafting compelling ad copy and continuously optimizing campaigns for peak performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads with $10K+ monthly budgets.
  • Implement keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bidding optimizations to drive conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make real-time adjustments.
  • Develop high-converting ad copy aligned with search intent and funnel stages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, new features, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display is a plus), including manual and automated bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency with conversion tracking setups, offline conversion imports, UTM structures, and attribution models.

Campaign Experience

  • Proven success managing search campaigns with $10,000/month or higher spend.
  • Expertise in scaling campaigns profitably across multiple verticals.

Creative and Analytical Skills

  • Strong ad copywriting skills focused on conversion.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions.

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong communication skills to align internal teams and present results clearly.
Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification is a major plus.
