Role Description
As a Marketing Specialist at Harmonic, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing ABM  and campaign strategies while leveraging video and multimedia content to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling campaigns tailored to key accounts and industry segments.

Remote – this position is 100% Remote anywhere in the US
 
What you will be doing
 
  • Develop and implement targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create personalized marketing strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the production of multimedia content, including promotional videos, customer success stories, webinars, and social media assets.
  • Manage video scripting, editing, and distribution to ensure maximum reach and impact across digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in ABM, digital marketing, and multimedia production.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines and resources for campaign execution
  • Ensure alignment and timely execution of content for product-specific campaigns or programs.
 
 
What you will need to succeed
 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing and multimedia content creation.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, including personalized content, digital campaigns, and sales alignment.
  • Proven experience in video production, including scripting, editing, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Pay & Benefits
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $65,000 - $85,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
