We specialize in formulating, producing and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

Now, we're looking for a CRO Manager to optimize every step of the conversion funnel and deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead our Conversion Rate Optimization efforts across all e-commerce touchpoints, managing projects from concept to execution alongside our developers and designers. You’ll be responsible for identifying friction points, testing new ideas, and optimizing the end-to-end journey across our websites and landing pages.

 Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, and data dashboards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and pain points across the customer journey and prioritize testing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement tests and with designers to build high-converting assets.

Ecommerce Management

  • Optimize the layout, flow, and content of product pages, landing pages, checkout, and mobile UX.
  • Ensure the onsite experience is consistent, user-friendly, fast, and conversion-optimized.
  • Own and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value (AOV), and page speed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new features and improve functionality across our Shopify stores and sales funnels.
 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in a CRO, e-commerce, or digital product optimization role.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, funnel analysis, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and a bias for action.
  • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks is a big plus.
  • A love for experimentation and a data-first approach to problem solving.
