Puzzle seeks a proactive Social Media and Marketing Specialist to elevate our client brand’s online presence. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of engaging content, manage social platforms, and contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen community and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management

Manage and grow our clients' presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn through engaging, on-brand content.
Act as the voice for our client by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and personality.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand values.

Content Creation & Design

Design eye-catching graphics, short videos, and multimedia content using tools like Figma, Canva, Framer, and Adobe Suite.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative visuals and concepts for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and effective.

Digital Marketing Support

Support and optimize digital marketing efforts using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve results.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Use Notion, Slack, Gmail, ChatGPT, or similar tools to manage tasks, maintain clear communication, and coordinate with team members.
Ensure timely delivery of content by managing deadlines and project timelines effectively.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and emerging platforms to inform and enhance our social strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of social content and design.
Expertise in managing content across Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Strong design skills with proficiency in Figma, Canva, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or online advertising strategies.
