Job description

Biltright Turf is excited to add to their team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for pre qualifying and pre selling customers, following up with customers after appointments to secure sales, and scheduling appointments with field sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to all new leads from multiple lead sources in a timely manner
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to gather information and assess their needs
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments with field sales representatives
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prequalify customers
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between customers and field sales representatives to optimize schedules and travel time
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Follow up with customers after field sales appointments to generate install and material sales through follow up
  • Contract generation, processing sales orders accurately and following up with clients after the sale
  • Work collaboratively with field sales representatives to strategize and close deals
  • Meet and exceed all quotas and goals set
  • Customer management through CRM platforms

Compensation
  • $19.24 hourly rate (Plus Commission)
  • $50 phone allowance/ Monthly
  • 80 PTO hours accrued annually
  • Paid reserved Holidays 
  • Benefits: Health/Vision/Dental along with 401k options
