We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to join our dynamic team. As a Manager at BLN24, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration among various departments, and achieving our strategic objectives. About You:

Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and changes
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively

Project Management:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation
- Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for various projects
- Monitor project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to ensure adherence to project requirements

Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality client engagements
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to team members
- Educate teams on the implementation of new initiatives and provide associated training as required

Risk and Quality Management:
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
- Set project quality and performance standards
- Assess and manage risks within and across multiple projects

Resource Coordination:
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Reporting and Communication:
- Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure all work is completed in accordance with BLN’s standards and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Preferred, but not required, working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing programs and projects.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
