We are seeking an experienced Director with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and leading efforts to win new projects.
Leadership: Leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth within the firm.
Project Oversight: Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Preferred, but not required, working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
Proven experience (10+ years) in managing programs and projects.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
