Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. The Billing and CollectionSpecialist (remote to Indiana) will be responsible for accurately submitting claims, following up with payers, and appealing denials as required. Additional duties will include maintaining the accuracy of patient financial files including written and computer documentation and assists the patient/guarantor in claim payment with regard to hospital financial policies.
