We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation and execution within our product portfolio. Reporting to the Group Product Manager of the subdomain, you will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions. Experience in leading global products and go-to-market strategies is essential, with knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce as a plus.

What you can expect?

  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Define and execute a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, market needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, ensuring continuous product improvement and market competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to drive product innovation.
  • Own the creation of clear and detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.
  • Own backlog management, including grooming and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, in an Agile environment.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product launches, adoption, and sustained growth.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and leadership, providing clear communication, alignment, and expectation management.
  • Identify potential adoption challenges and proactively adjust strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute complex product roadmaps.
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and adoption tracking.
  • Experience in leading global products, ensuring consistency across multiple markets.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, to drive product success.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, using insights to prioritize and refine product direction.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
