100% Remote position - Candidates can be sourced from across the US as long as they're able to support the CST schedule.
Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.
Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 25Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
Candidates MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours of 8:00 – 4:30 CST with minimal distractions. Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.

Initial Responsibilities Include:
Processing provider applications
Inbound/Outbound calling/emailing – Reaching out to providers/offices to obtain required documentation and additional information as needed
Negotiate out a discount for services
Excellent written and verbal communication
Maintain contracts and contacts within a tracking system
Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to switch projects based on business needs
Growth in this position can include but is not limited to:
Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
