  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding eco-friendly products, their benefits, and usage recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in eco-friendly products and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address specific customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Foster a positive and engaging experience for customers, promoting eco-friendly practices and products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the eco-friendly or sustainable products sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to sustainability.
  • A genuine passion for eco-friendly products and practices.
