AI Agent & Full-Stack Engineer

We are growing fast, and we are now looking for an AI Agent & Full-Stack Engineer to work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and Product. You will play a key role in building intelligent, task-oriented agents that integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) and business logic to deliver real value to end users.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance our AI Agent framework, ensuring smooth integration with existing products.
• Develop full-stack applications and turn AI capabilities into real, usable products by deploying AI Agents into business scenarios.
• Integrate various external APIs and internal/external data sources to empower AI Agents.
• Continuously improve the performance, stability, and scalability of AI Agents based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and business teams to collect requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver fast iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• 1000+ hours of hands-on experience with LLMOps platforms (e.g., Dify, Coze, n8n, LangChain, etc.).
• Solid full-stack development skills:
• Backend: Python / Node.js / Java
• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Familiar with AI Agent development concepts and frameworks (e.g., State Machines, Decision Trees, Reinforcement Learning).
• Clean coding habits and good engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agent systems or automation frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with secondary development on Dify or Coze is a big plus.
• Passionate about AI and eager to learn the latest trends and technologies in AI Agent development.
