Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage accurate, detailed BIM models for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.) using Revit.
Coordinate with engineers and other team members to integrate design changes and maintain up-to-date models.
Interpret design documentation and convert into coordinated 3D models.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with UAE authority standards and project requirements.
Produce detailed shop drawings and documentation directly from BIM models.
Detect and resolve clashes using BIM tools.
Participate in virtual coordination meetings and design reviews.
Ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit software is essential.
Strong background in design consultancy in the UAE is mandatory.
Solid understanding of UAE authority requirements and standards.
Experience in producing LOD 300-400 models.
Familiarity with clash detection and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
Capable of working independently and remotely, with excellent time management skills.
Must be immediately available to join.
