POSITION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personal attention to every home owner through phone, email, and text.
You will be working closely with the Sales team to support the home owner from start to finish with care, compassion, and empathy.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the primary contact with our customers from the day we're hired until project completion.
Thorough documenting of each conversation with our customers.
Updating key team players and monitoring the progression of the file/job.
There will also be some administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual in English & Spanish.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
Detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability.
Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other basic programs.
Construction experience and product knowledge preferred.
