The Position


The Enterprise Sales Executive is a strategic sales role that will require the ability to open new doors to groups and expand our presence once in.  This is an individual contributor position that works effectively with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall team’s success.



Responsibilities



You are responsible for selling and expanding revenue in your named group of accounts.

  • Develop and implement a sales plan for named accounts and forecast sales results for both short and long-term goals.

  • Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify the unique needs and goals of potential customers

  • Be a hunter that thrives in new revenue prospecting and enjoys strengthening and influencing key automotive dealer relationships

  • Own the sales cycle, including aggressive prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, closing sales opportunities, and overseeing contract execution using various sources

  • Committed to being a student of the industry and our solutions maintaining a thorough understanding of the retail automotive industry, industry trends, industry business processes, industry performance indicators, and key client competitors

  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals

  • Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to track all activities

  • Participate in events such as NADA, State ADA meetings, Digital conferences, etc.

  • You are a high performer who consistently hits the target but have a relentless drive to outdo yourself

  • You are skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes

  • You have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills

  • You have proven experience in developing new business, achieving bookings goals, and managing personal sales strategies

  • You are a team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment

  • You are a highly motivated and results-driven self-starter

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures


Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of 5-7 years in an outside sales business development role selling complex solutions to automotive dealerships or OEM/dealer group experience.

  • Extensive list of Dealer Group contacts

  • 25 - 50% travel in the field, including overnight travel

  • Experience using consultative solution selling to align client’s business needs with a solution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • SaaS experience in the automotive industry

  • Data/analytics competencies and sales experience

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Industry CRM, and DMS applications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required

  • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own mode of transportation.


Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, NC, MI, and WA


Salary Range: $95,000 - $150,000 base, plus performance pay
