Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: eCommerce Coordinator

Schedule: 10 AM - 2 PM Sydney. Monday to Friday (20 hrs per week) 

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our team! You'll manage Shopify listings, support customers, and collaborate across teams to enhance the online shopping experience. If you're organised and passionate about eCommerce, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and set up new products and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring updates are accurate and delivered on time.
• Product merchandising.
• Monitor and enhance the customer eCommerce experience.
• Provide customer service support, including processing returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align eCommerce efforts with business goals.
• Balance ongoing responsibilities with one-off project tasks.



Requirements
Experience:

• 1–3 years in eCommerce support or a similar role.
• Data input and management.
• Proven expertise in managing eCommerce platforms, with Shopify experience essential.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Shopify Plus.
• Strong Excel and file management skills.
• Skilled in proofreading and copywriting in English.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Soft Skills

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving the online experience.
• Quick learner for new software systems.
• Detail-oriented and with excellent file management skills.

Bonus Skills

• Basic image editing (Photoshop preferred).
• Experience reporting on eCommerce analytics.
