Job description

Combining thoughtful strategy with seamless execution, they build scalable systems that allow entrepreneurs and local businesses to focus on what they do best. The agency specializes in full-funnel marketing—from brand development and web design to marketing automation, CRM integrations, and ad management.


Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining websites in WordPress (Elementor), Shopify, Squarespace, and WooCommerce.
  • Setting up automations and email campaigns in GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, and related platforms.
  • Connecting tools and apps using Zapier and Make.com.
  • Managing SMS compliance and A2P registration.
  • Implementing tracking pixels and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4).
  • Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis via SEMrush and SimilarWeb.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and improving internal workflows.
  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to launch and support campaigns.
  • Keeping documentation organized, clear, and updated.
  • Setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital operations, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make.com, and Mailchimp.
  • Familiarity with CRM segmentation, lead capture forms, and landing page tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush and SimilarWeb.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Skills

  • Basic HTML/CSS or front-end troubleshooting experience.
  • Background in agency environments or working with multiple small business clients.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices.
  • Experience setting up campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.


Benefits
Salary: $1,000 – $1,250 USD/month (20 hours/week).
100% Remote from anywhere in Latam.
