Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as our Commercial Development Manager. Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, product line, market segment or list of accounts to identify business opportunities and secure achievement of established sales targets according to defined sales processes and strategy.

This position will take a lead, direct, and develop the sales organization to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Coach team members on sales techniques to help them meet targets. Translate local business plans into actionable sales plans and manage daily activities to implement the overall strategy. Prepare forecasts and budgets, monitor performance, and adapt procedures as needed. Allocate resources based on customer categorization to enhance team performance. Negotiate strategic sales, contribute to sales and marketing strategies, ensure customer profitability, and share market insights with stakeholders.
