We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journey Management Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the Journey Management plans for large transformational programs through creating team structure, developing change strategies, and supporting communication and training initiatives. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage change impacts across various stakeholders. 

What You Will Do:

  • Establish and manage the Journey Management Team structure to ensure effective collaboration and execution. 

  • Develop change strategy and gather change impacts across business, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transitions. 

  • Support the development of early communications to internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged. 

  • Support the development of training strategies and enablement plans to ensure stakeholders are well-prepared for changes. 

  • Assist in identifying changes to the operating model (ways of working) to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Establish change communication channels (e.g. Training and enablement site/repository, weekly/monthly reports, email updates, all-hands meetings, intranet postings, training sessions) and monitor effectiveness through feedback. 

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship is required

  • A Bachelor's degree is required

  • Minimum SIX (6) years of experience in change management, training and journey management, or a related field. Experience in working with top-tier commercial consulting firms in the Financial Industry is preferred. 

  • Experience with Loan servicing (Mortgage, Student loans) platforms (e.g. ICE MSP, Sagent) and regulatory compliance processes is highly desirable 

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical and business information to a general audience 

  • Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with program RAID logs and risk management is a plus 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI 

  • Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including business, IT, and other departments 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), the Prosci Change Management Certification, or the Change Management Specialist (CMS) and PMP (Project Management Professional)

  • Master's degree

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
